WHAT IS NEONINDO?

NeoNindo is more than a martial art—it is a way of life. Rooted in ancient wisdom yet forged for the modern world, NeoNindo blends movement, mindfulness, and mastery into a single method. It is a discipline of the body, a sharpening of the mind, and a deep connection to nature.

At its core, NeoNindo is about adaptability, discipline, and evolution—not just in combat but in all aspects of life. We train to move with purpose, to think with clarity, and to live with intention.

Through our art we cultivate strength, focus, and resilience. But NeoNindo goes beyond physical techniques—it is a community, a philosophy, and a way to walk the world with confidence and purpose.

NeoNindo is not just something you practice.

It’s something you become.

Combat Mastery

Bokudo is the heart of NeoNindo’s combat mastery—an art of swordsmanship that forges both skill and self-control. Through persistent training in precision strikes, quick-draw techniques, and freestyle sparring, practitioners develop mastery over the bokken and themselves. Every movement demands patience, focus, and discipline. Through Bokudo, we train not only to wield the sword but to master ourselves.

Movement Mastery

The Movement Mastery path in NeoNindo begins with the fundamentals of footwork and evasion, known as Taisa Baki, before progressing into stealth and agility. Students refine their ability to move fluidly through Quadrilateral Movements, breakfalls, rolls, and climbing—building strength and awareness along the way. Those who advance further will explore parkour, tumbling, and tricking, pushing the limits of athleticism and control.

Zen Mastery

Zen Mastery is the foundation of inner balance and emotional control. Through meditation, students cultivate a calm and focused mind. Zen Katas blend deep breathing, flexibility training, and strong stances inspired by traditional karate. Zen Bokudo refines this discipline further, integrating meditative swordsmanship with controlled movement. This path is about mastering oneself and embodying the true spirit of the ninja.

We even have a dedicated rain-training base at Riverside Parkour Park, just 30 minutes from Summit Rock. All of our training zones are within a half-hour’s walk of our main rendezvous point, keeping us ready for anything.
